International Programs: Agent Application Form

Instructions

Before completing the Agent Application Form, please ensure you have the following information ready:

• company history and profile outlining your educational experiences
• a summary of your current relationships with other (government funded) school boards and/or universities and/or colleges
• two written references from government funded educational institutions (school boards, colleges or universities only)
• two client references from students you have successfully placed in Canada
• certification for Student Recruitment for Overseas Institutions by the China State Ministry of Education (applies only to Agents recruiting in Mainland China)

Please follow the instructions below when submitting your application:

1. Print a copy of your application.
2. Sign your application.
3. Send your application by fax or email (attachment).
4. Mail original signed agent application along with all required documentation to:
