Visa Assistance Programs

All applicants wishing to study in Canada for longer than six months MUST apply for, and secure, a study visa.

The Centre for Education & Training will forward a Letter of Acceptance to applicants upon receipt of completed application form and all required fees. This letter will be required in order to apply to the Canadian Embassy or Consulate for a study visa.

It is in applicants' best interest to forward full fees to cover tuition for the entire period for which you are applying. The Letter of Acceptance will then clearly state that full school fees have been received and that acceptance into the particular program has been granted.

If Homestay services are required, it is strongly advised that applicants submit a down payment on their Homestay fees. The Letter of Acceptance will then clearly state that, in addition to full tuition fees having been received, accommodation fees to cover the number of months for which you have submitted.
