LEAD | LINC Home Study - Canada: Overview

This program is offered to LINC-eligible newcomers to Canada, who wish to improve their listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English. The self-paced course of study, which follows the Canadian Language Benchmarks outcomes, is offered via one of two modes: online or correspondence.

All participants are provided with a weekly half-hour facilitation session with a TESL-certified instructor, who helps him/her move through the LINC levels with timely and tailored instruction.

This program is currently offered in six provinces across Canada (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland & Labrador).
