LEAD | LINC Home Study for Youth

This is a multi-pronged program designed specifically for LINC-eligible newcomer youth between the ages of 18 and 24.

Participants have the opportunity to learn English through books and online materials, with the option of weekly telephone conversations with a TESL-certified teacher. They also have access to a youth-oriented web portal and a web-forum to connect and share with other youth.
