• Itinerant services in the communities of Caledon and Bolton
• Information and referral to community and government programs and services for newcomer settlement needs
• Regular orientation sessions on how to use the Newcomer Information Centre
• Group information sessions
• Computer & internet access
• Access to fax & photocopier
• Friendly, multilingual resource staff
• Extended hours
• Commissioner of Oath services for certifying documents and taking statement and oaths (appointment required for this service)
