Peel Summer Academy
Who are we?
Since 1984, Peel Summer Academy (PSA) has seen thousands of young minds flourish while experiencing social, intellectual, and personal growth. Our programs are distinguished by, and unique to, the type of students we cater to.
Our Philosophy:
We are committed to nurturing and developing the gifts of youth who are exceptional thinkers, intellectually curious, bright, creative, and demonstrate diversity in achieving excellence. It is our goal to encourage each camper to broaden their horizons, challenge their comfort levels, and think outside of the box, while embracing adventure sure to shape their character. PSA provides like-minded youth the opportunities to grow independently, engage in hands-on and interactive workshops, live away from home, experience unique parts of Canada, and build meaningful relationships to last a lifetime.
Our Programs
PSA offers 4 unique summer programs, varying in context and grade level. Program locations expand across Canada, from Newfoundland to British Columbia:
- UTM Experience (grade 4 to 8 students)
- West Coast Marine Discovery (grade 9 students)
- Newfoundland Adventure (grade 10 students)
PSA is the only program of its kind in Canada, and thus, open to students across Canada and abroad. We provide intellectual stimulation, a variety of recreational and social activities, and an opportunity to live away from home, in a well-supervised context, with a wonderful group of peers who share the same intellectual gifts.
Annual Open House
Thank you to all new and returning PSA families for your support at our ANNUAL OPEN HOUSE held on Sunday, March 4th 2012 at the University of Toronto Mississauga. It was a great success and look forward to seeing you this Summer at camp!
