From user guides to marketing materials, our department provides full-service desktop publishing. With the latest versions multi-languages support system and other design and DTP software, we make sure your localized documentation is consistently high-quality.

Our translators and interpreters are bicultural and bilingual trained personnel who will enable you and your client or employee to:

The Centre for Education & Training has developed a national language test to evaluate verbal and written skills in English. Our interpreters are trained to use a modified version of this tool to assess verbal skills in several other languages to meet the needs of various sectors.

The Centre for Education & Training translators and interpreters are trained in the ethical practice of professional translation, interpretation, and in the dynamics of cross-cultural communication. They are also trained to do linguistic assessments in target languages.

Translation services include not only the expertise of professional text translators, but high quality desktop publishing as well. We have a complete word-processing and desktop publishing facility in-house and can provide text on disk in most major word-processing and graphic formats. After the text translators complete their job, our desktop publishers and production staff can insert the translated text into client's existing files created in QuarkXpress, CorelDraw, Illustrator, PowerPoint or other major software, or they can create a new document layout depending on the clients' needs. We produce translations in a variety of formats and different media. Translations are provided in both electronic file and hard copy format when required. We are also able to produce JPG, GIF, TIFF, EPS files, and high resolution PDF formats.

We continually add new languages to our services to meet changing needs.

We translate professional as well as personal documents. Our interpreters provide interpretation for individuals or groups. Their services include interpreting at meetings, interviews, workshops, or other training sessions.
