REFUND POLICY

Most schools do not issue refunds to fee-paying students wishing to leave programs/courses prematurely. However, Centre for Education & Training is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of its international learners. This commitment to client satisfaction has led to the following refund policy, which we believe to be as fair as possible.

REASON FOR REFUND

MIDDLE SCHOOL & HIGH SCHOOL

If the request for a Study Permit is denied by Citizenship & Immigration Canada.  Applicants must:
1.  The original Letter of Rejection from Citizenship and Immigration Canada
2.  The original letter of acceptance from the Centre for Education & Training
3.  The original receipt of paid tuition fees

The total tuition fees paid are refunded
less a $500.00 administration fee

1.  The original letter of acceptance from the Centre for Education & Training
2.  The original receipt of paid tuition fees

The total tuition fees paid are refunded
less a $750.00 administration fee

Withdrawal from Centre for Education & Training after commencing classes

No refund will be given following the

program in which the learner is registered for.

1. There will be no refund of the tuition fees after a Study Permit has been granted using the Centre for Education & Training official letter of acceptance if the student chooses to withdraw for any reason.

Homestay is a term used to describe a living arrangement where ‘you’ an International guest is welcomed into a family’s home and included in day to day life with the family. Families provide room and board for the duration of your time in Canada while including you in family activities. Staying with a Homestay family will allow you to maximize your opportunities to learn English and experience Canadian culture. These safe and secure Homestay environments facilitate natural communication and the everyday practice of English.

Homestay families reflect Canada’s wide range of ethnic and racial diversity. Most of the families have a traditional arrangement consisting of husband, wife and children. Some other hosts are single parents with children, or a single adult living alone. They may also be retired couples willing to open their homes and share their cultural experience with international guests.

The Toronto area is the world’s most multicultural area and our host families share this cultural diversity. All Homestay hosts speak English at home, are very friendly people, and will be able to help you understand and experience the Canadian culture.

Living with your Homestay family will be different from living with your family in your home country. Come prepared to experience new tastes, new routines, and new adventures.
